Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel your order, email us at machismo@machismoworld.com.
  • Subject line should mention: "CANCEL - #ORDER NUMBER".
  • Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 working days.

Since our products are personal care and hygiene items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives products that are safe and untouched.
