Cancellation & Return Policy

We value your trust in Machismo and want to make your experience smooth and transparent . Below are our detailed policies for cancellations, returns, and refunds:

Cancellation Before Shipment

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel:

Email us at machismo@machismoworld.com

Use the subject line:
"CANCEL - #ORDER NUMBER"

Include your order details in the email for quick processing.

  •  Once we confirm your cancellation, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 4–5 working days.
  • For orders paid with loyalty points, those points will be credited back to your account.

Cancellation After Shipment (But Before Delivery)

Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it in the system. However, you may: Refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives at your doorstep.

What happens next?

The package will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, we’ll issue your refund (to the original payment method) after we receive the product back and verify that it is:

  • Unused
  • In perfect condition
  • With seal intact & original packaging

Refunds in such cases are also processed within 4–5 working days after verification.

Important: No Returns or Exchanges After Delivery

Once an order has been delivered and accepted, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in these rare cases: You received a damaged item You received a defective item You received the wrong item.

If You Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please follow these steps so we can resolve it quickly: 

  • Email us at machismo@machismoworld.com within 2 days of delivery.
  • Include:
    • Your Order IDA short description of the issue
    • Clear photographs of the item and invoice
    • An unboxing video showing the issue clearly
  • Once we verify the issue:
    • Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup within 3–4 working days
    • Refund/replacement will be processed once the product is received back and verified to be in: 
      • Original condition
      • With all seals, labels, packaging & accessories intact

Use of Discount Vouchers, Loyalty Points & Free Gifts

Discount vouchers: These are for one-time use only and cannot be reinstated if the order is cancelled or returned. Loyalty points: If you cancel your order, any loyalty points you redeemed will be credited back to your account. Free gifts: Any free gift sent with your order must also be returned if the main item it came with is being returned.

Partial Orders

You may cancel specific items only before shipment. After delivery, returns are not accepted for individual items, except in case of damage, defect, or wrong product.
