Cancellation Before Shipment
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel your order, email us at machismo@machismoworld.com
The subject line should mention: "CANCEL - #ORDER NUMBER"
Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email.
For prepaid orders – refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 working days.
Important: We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges After Delivery
Once an order has been delivered and accepted, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
• You received a damaged or defective item
• You received the wrong item

• Clear photographs of the item
• An unboxing video clearly showing the issue
