Shipping Policy

Process

  1. Once we receive your order and our system has processed your order, your products are inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  2. The products are then packed, after quality check and are handed over to our delivery partners for delivery.
  3. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. 

Packaging

Each individual product is carefully packaged while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional paper or bubble wrap. 

Delivery Locations

We deliver products Pan India. 

Track your order

  1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/sms with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
  2. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. 

Delivery Timeline

  1. We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  2. If you are ordering our products from any big season sale, dispatches may be little delayed due to increase in sales volume. 
  3. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.
