Refund policy
Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders will be cancelled if your order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped. You need to write to us at machismo@machismoworld.com and mention "CANCEL - #ORDER NUMBER" in the subject line.
- Refund will be processed within 4-5 working days after the cancellation request is duly accepted & processed.
Cancellation Post Shipment
- For orders that have already been shipped but not yet delivered, please write to us on machismo@machismoworld.com.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 4-5 working days, once the products are back in perfect and unused condition. The product box seal should not be broken.
Discount vouchers used during time of payment and order is cancelled
- Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
- If you have redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
Returns will not be accepted
- If the product is damaged or any seal is broken / torn.
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Product is used or altered
- If request is not initiated within 2 days of the order delivery
Received a damaged / wrong / defective product against the order
- If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent the wrong product, you can initiate your Exchange / return / refund within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Contact us at machismo@machismoworld.com within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Provide us with your order ID details and your request to Exchange / return / refund the defective / wrong items in your order.
- Kindly share images of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Our Shipping partner will pick up the products within 3-4 working days.
- Refund or replacement process will be initiated only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Return the free gift while returning the product
- Free Gift is a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Return of part order
- A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return /refund for any individual item(s).
- However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full, including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products with it.
